| I. Background | |
IgE由兩條重鏈（ε鏈）和兩條輕鏈組成，F(xiàn)c段含高親和力受體（FcεRI）結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，半衰期僅2-3天（IgG為21天）。作為免疫系統(tǒng)的“哨兵"，IgE既可結(jié)合寄生蟲表面抗原，激活嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞釋放毒性顆粒（如主要堿性蛋白），通過(guò)ADCC（抗體依賴細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞毒性）清除寄生蟲（如血吸蟲、鉤蟲）；也能因過(guò)度反應(yīng)引發(fā)致命過(guò)敏；IgE還可靶向腫瘤抗原（如HER2），激活巨噬細(xì)胞ADCC效應(yīng)；并且最近有研究指出，腦膜肥大細(xì)胞通過(guò)IgE-MRGPRX2可加劇阿爾茨海默病病理。 | |
