糖皮質(zhì)激素誘導(dǎo)的腫瘤壞死因子受體相關(guān)蛋白（GITR，也稱為 TNFRSF18 或 CD357），屬于腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族（TNFRSF），它在多種免疫細胞上表達，包括 效應(yīng) T 細胞和調(diào)節(jié)性 T 細胞。GITR 在調(diào)節(jié)免疫系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮重要作用，尤其是在 T 細胞的 活化和調(diào)節(jié)性 T 細胞（Treg）的功能中。 | |
